Success Stories

The Family Salgado Aguirre, is an example of continuous growth. With time have been developing a variety of businesses at home that is located in an area of farms (The Chacara ) to 4 kilometers from the city. They have a store, a miscellany with cosmetics, a mill and a tire. Grateful to the Training Foundation and the funding that allowed them to grow their business by investing in it, substantially increasing their profits.

Employment Success Story

This is Raul Pereira. When he got to our offices, he was working as a carpenter's helper for his father, where their income was on average $50 to $60 a month, and did not have any income. He had several years of previous training in accounting and computer knowledge. The foundation provided small business training and employment/resume training in order to help him, but it was thanks to our contacts who got him several interviews and eventually he began working with a distribution company, named Diinsa , as an accountant.

Raul Pereira, had to improve his self-esteem and gain enthusiasm in order to move forward. One of his biggest challenges was the few job opportunities available in the city. But with effort and perseverance, was able to achieve their goals. Now he is a self-sufficient person. His revenues have increased by 100% and 50% savings.
